Description
I released Alive After Midnight as a single, 2 days after "Toxic Love", with minimal planning. I hadn't released singles before for previous album releases, and I had decided to do it (via Facebook note) to try to raise interest before the release of Sorry, Doc. and Lakewater Digits on February 9th, 2009. The two albums had long been finished, and it was at this point that I decided to release the music instead of waiting to release it alongside the then-uncertain release of The Air Castles' second LP. "Alive After Midnight" is one of my favorite tracks from the two albums, so I decided to release it as a second single from Sorry, Doc. instead of releasing one single for each album.
