Description
Acid Rain was originally planned to be the debut LP for Modus Operanic,
but with an early start on Exploding City Lights came a style change, and my
work on this album ceased completely. Five of the six finished tracks now
appear on this EP release.
This album can essentially be considered "practice" (even moreso than
Exploding City Lights was) - at the time I was still familiarizing myself
with FL Studio. The musical style was heavily based in repetition, giving it a
dance/techno feel. This style was mainly what made this album feel different
enough to merit a completely new album with ECL.
