Transoceanic is the debut release of The Air Castles, and reflects an oceanic theme somewhat similar to The Maelstrom EP which it is based off of. Most of the songs on the EP were redone by Nathan Rich and included here. The album also includes a filtered guitar recording of an original composition of mine, and an experiment outtake track that was also fixed up for the album. The songs "Avian" and "Rainfall" were originally intended for Nathan's own electronic solo project, but were pulled in for the album once TAC started.
